JLFC provides a transparent and fair fee structure designed for travelers.
You will never be charged additional fees unless your lost item is successfully found, and all applicable costs will be clearly disclosed before payment.
10 USD per item
This fee covers the initial investigation process, including inquiries and coordination with relevant facilities such as police stations, transportation operators, hotels, airports, and other possible holding locations
No additional charges will apply if your item is not found
30 USD per item
Applied upon the investigation result is approved and shipment is requested
This fee covers recovery handling, including confirmation of the found item, communication with the holding facility, identity verification, administrative processing, documentation, and preparation for shipment
Quoted upon shipment request
Costs depend on the destination, package size and weight
Additional fees may apply only in special circumstances, such as:
Special handling for oversized, fragile, or restricted items
Storage fees imposed by third-party facilities
Customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees for international shipments
Re-shipment requests or address changes after dispatch
Any additional fees will be clearly explained and require your prior approval
