This website is not affiliated with the Japan government. We are an independent service provider assisting international visitors in recovering lost belongings in Japan. While users may directly contact the relevant facilities or organizations on their own, our service acts as an optional support to simplify the recovery process by centralizing communication, overcoming language barriers, and ensuring smoother follow-up.
We charge a USD 10 investigation fee per inquiry. No additional fees apply unless an item is successfully located.
If recovery is approved, a service fee and shipping-related costs will apply. Customs duties and import taxes are not included. The customer is responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or arrangements required to receive the item in their country.
